Within Pakistan:

  • Unstitched: 5–7 working days

  • Stitched: 7–10 working days

International Orders:

  • Unstitched: 7–10 working days

  • Stitched: 10–15 working days

Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation. Delays may occur during sales, promotions, festive seasons, or new collection launches. Imrozia | Serene shall not be held liable for courier-related delays beyond our control.

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, available on the website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.
